Deepa and Sooraj try to spend quality time with each other on their farmhouse trip.
However, they get interrupted by Mishka who keeps plotting against Deepa and spoiling Sooraj's mind by linking her with Kabir.
Sooraj gets irritated when he finds Deepa on the stage with Kabir reciting a poem.
Back home, Sooraj insults Kabir for always coming in support of Deepa. Kabir leaves the home and Urmi keeps adding fuel to the existing misunderstandings between Sooraj and Deepa.
Lavanya gets disturbed by seeing the rift between Sooraj and Deepa.
Sooraj tries to leave their home by saying he wants to attend a conference in Mumbai.
However, Lavanya and all family members stop him as the next day is Durga Puja.
Kabir feels upset remembering his dead sister and his assistant calls Deepa to meet Kabir so that he will feel better. Deepa meets Kabir the next day while they are on the ghat for performing rites of Kabir's dead sister.
Kabir thanks for Deepa's presence but Sooraj misunderstands their situation.
Sooraj keeps avoiding Deepa and that's when his sister Palak's daughter Megha falls ill due to Tabla's mixing of poison in a banana.
Deepa takes the small girl to the hospital with the help of Tabla who feels guilty for his intention to kill Deepa.
Sooraj and all the family members are shocked to find Megha battling with life.
