Why Kabir has to take help from Suraj only?

Kabir has the confidence of Kesar's Masu whom he can approach and share with him his ordeal of saving Macchan.

Kesar's Masu would be willing to help him out of the situation and also pay the hospital fees for the treatment considering she owns and runs Rajgaur Diamonds.

But Kabir has put himself in a spot wherein he has to obey all the orders of the sick-minded Suraj. 

Kabir cries silently for hurting and causing trouble to Kesar on her journey to becoming a successful woman entrepreneur.

But being the hero of the series Kyunki... Saas Maa Bahu Beti Hoti Hai, Kabir should think of how he can stop all the acts of Suraj and expose him in front of all his family members.

This will not only save Kesar from marrying the wrong person but also help him express his feelings of love to Kesar.
