Living in the Present

"I am just bored and fed up with life," said an elderly man to a youngster while they both were on their way to a shop.

The youngster instantly asked, "What makes you say so?" The man said, "You know what happened to me in the past? It was just traumatic for me to deal with all those happenings and reach where I am now."

"Then just be in the present moment, and enjoy your successes and achievements," said the youngster to the man with a smiling face.

The elderly man realized that there is a reason why we get to live in the present moment and why it is important to focus on just things that are NOW rather than the past and also the future.
