Whenever you think you are unable to find out what is taking a toll on your mental health, then figure out what is it that you are doing now.
It can be a new job or the new work given to you by a new client that is keeping you distracted for a longer period.
It can be your unwillingness to learn a new thing at the workplace or a new customer or colleague who is taking a lot of energy and attention from your end.
If these things are bothering you, then have the habit of writing them down on a sheet of paper.
Find out how you can allocate time for which work and how things need to be done at a faster speed than getting stuck in the same thing due to stress.
Meditate for a few minutes, close your eyes, and stay still with your thoughts that don't end soon and create more questions.
This will help you to focus on one thing at a time and work with a calmer mindset.
