When anger clouds your thinking

It so happens that we try to go with life's flow and not reveal the anger that we have accumulated inside us.

However, some situations occur in our lives that make us blurt out our thoughts as they are without adding any filter.

Yeah, we at times feel being frank and open about the truth in life is what makes us the hero of our story.

However, the person who is at the receiving end may consider you as the villain because they don't agree with your perspective or thinking pattern.

At such times, calm down. Count from 1 to 100 - this is a simple technique to relax your anger and negative thoughts that are clouding the clarity that you already have in life.

This will give you a better view of the situation and control over your thoughts.

And then you will get back to leading your normal life by being neutral and not allowing any situation to affect your mental peace and growth in life.
