When you want to delete the memories of your boss' behavior and attitude

In the field of freelancing, we do meet different types of people who have different issues and strengths.

However, it looks like in my 13 years of career, I failed to really meet the right bosses who could give me the right example of setting up a business and running it well.

But I am definitely not giving up on my writing career as I hope to meet the right people soon who respect my writing style and also the fact that I write from my heart and human intelligence, not AI or any tool writes on my behalf.

So, last week, I really had an anger-filled conversation with my ex-boss who shared how his writer is giving him more views in 4 days, which I couldn't achieve even after 4 years of working with him.

Well, I wanted to really stay mum considering how he removed me without giving any notice, considering I am in a freelance role.

However, I couldn't control my emotions and shared that my hard work and efforts done by me will surely be recognized by him one day and he will surely know that I was such a valuable writer.

He had nothing to say but I decided that day that I would surely not work with such a company that doesn't know to have mutual respect and understanding for employees or staff.

I deleted all my Google account that I had created for the company and didn't bother to look back anymore.

I also deleted the Contacts of the team members who didn't understand my valuable suggestions and inputs for making the company a long-lasting one!

And guess what, I started blogging at my website wiseom in full-swing to reveal to the world what I am really capable of!

So, coming back to the topic of deleting the bad memories of your ex-boss and ex-company, you will really feel good, light-hearted, and at peace when you do so.

Go ahead in your journey and never doubt your self-worth. You can simply focus on improving your skills but don't take rejections and disappointments to your heart and mind.
