Why does Angad hide his real emotions from Sahiba?

In Teri Meri Doriyaann, Angad Singh Brar is all at his best in doing his business-related work on the Mumbai trip.

Of course, he gets interrupted by some or the other person every now and then who recognizes him as Sunny Sood.

But why is he expressing his anger or bored side to Sahiba, especially when he has got the chance now to reveal how much he loves and cares for her?
