In the 5th December 2023 episode of Kyunki.. Saas Maa Bahu Beti Hoti Hai, Kesar speaks to Kabir and tells him that she is very upset with his decision to hide his life's problems.
He also gets taunted by Ambika Kaki who tells him that from now onwards, he will consider them as a family and not hide any secrets.
Kabir agrees and leaves. Jigni tells him to reveal his truth of loving Kesar to Kesar. Kabir thinks to himself that he must at least tell the same to Kesar.
Ananya gets manipulated by Sooraj who tells her that he will regret all his life for what happened with Nikita.
Nikita was pregnant with Sooraj's child but in a road accident, she dies because she was shocked to know that Sooraj was only using her and never meant to have any long-term relationship with her.
Ananya changes her mind and tells Kesar that Sooraj is a good man who has waited for 20 years in London to only meet Kesar and get married to her.
Hearing what Ananya said, Kesar made up her mind to get married to Sooraj.
The next day Kabir comes with a bouquet to tell Kesar how much he loves her.
However, Kesar says that she has decided to get married to Sooraj and the musical program of her marriage should be arranged by Kabir.
Hearing what Kesar said, Kabir feels heartbroken and cries from within.
But outside he congratulates her and also Ambika says she is happy with Kesar's decision.
