In the 3rd December 2023 episode of Anupamaa, Pakhi along with her husband Adhik discusses with a doctor about how she can likely conceive a child.
Pakhi comes back home with Adhik and tells Anupamaa the good news the doctor has advised that she can get pregnant with IVF.
Then she doubts whether Anupamaa is really happy hearing the news considering she always cares for her other children.
Anupamaa clarifies Pakhi's doubts and says she also cares for her and is very happy about the news that Pakhi can get pregnant with IVF.
She advises Pakhi to stay happy and not take any tension as it will increase her chances of getting pregnant.
On the other hand, Baa and Babuji are busy planning with excitement for how they will care for Dimpy and Kavya's children when they are born.
