Things to do if Google Meet doesn't work

If you have been invited by a colleague to attend a video call on Google Meet, then accept the invitation.
You can click on YES as soon as you get the meeting invite on Gmail.
Even if it is for the first time that you are attending a Google Meet meeting, no worries.
Be presentable and click on JOIN once the meeting time starts.
Be ready five minutes before the meeting time with your headphones if you are using a smartphone or your laptop.
You can avoid areas that are too noisy or have people around you.
If you are an introvert, you can avoid keeping your camera and speaker ON.
You can unmute your speaker once you are asked to speak in the meeting.
Also, if the host asks you to ON your camera for better meeting experience, then you can remove the OFF button and ON it.
You can note down the minutes discussed in the meeting in your laptop or smartphone or notebook.
Once the meeting gets over, you can read the minutes and send on a mail or WhatsApp for further clarifications.
However, if due to low internet connectivity or disturbances in your surroundings or due to any technical glitches, you are unable to understand the things discussed in the meeting, then you can drop a message to the host or the parties concerned that you would prefer to get on a WhatsApp video or audio call for better conversations.
Whatever may be the case, the idea behind online meeting is to convey the points required to be discussed in a team or between two persons.
If Google Meet doesn't work, you can try to connect using Gmail conversations and put your point forward.
