What is Strategic Business Management?

Strategic Business Management means a business or company lays out different plans and strategies.

These plans are meant to attain a specific goal or purpose or target.

How each department and team come together to achieve the goals or targets in the company is what strategy department works on.

Strategies can be internal as well as external.

For example, internal strategies would be discussed by the company's board to forward it to the strategy department to make some changes inside the company.

External strategies, for instance, are marketing plans developed by the company to promote and gain more presence.
