Will Dr. Shiv get to know he too loves Shakti?

In the 3rd December 2023 episode of Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti, Shakti reveals that she wants only the support and friendship of Dr. Shiv.

Shakti also insists that she has no expectations from Dr. Shiv for the love that she has in store for him in her heart.

Dr. Shiv agrees to be Shakti's best friend and gives her a friendly hug.

He also asks for an apology for being rude to Shakti in recent times.

Shakti says she doesn't want any apology but wants answers about Shiv's past.

Shakti says that she can be of help to him so that he can overcome the trauma of his past.

Then she also says that she wants to reveal the truth of some people who have become enemies and want to spoil Shiv's life.

Shakti asks Shiv if he trusts her or not. She is about to tell Keertan's truth but she gets interrupted by Manorama Kaki who calls her home for an emergency purpose.

Shiv tells himself that Shakti gave the name of friendship to express love towards him.

However, Shiv himself has no right to give the name to his feelings because of his past.

Shakti keeps thinking of why Shiv despite being a doctor is unable to operate on the child in the past. 

She also thinks about what made Shiv talk about his evilness to Shakti.

Shakti wants to tell the truth about Keertan to her family but by the time she reaches her home, Mandira and Keertan reach there.

Rimjhim reveals that Keertan comes with Mandira to tell her how much he loves her and has got the marriage proposal.

Mandira shocks Shakti by telling all lies and saying that both sisters can take care of each other in their matrimonial home as well.

Rimjhim also happily says that in their matrimonial home, Shakti will be Jethani and Rimjhim will be Devrani.

Shiv reaches home and tells his grandmother to search for another bride as Shakti promised him that she would never marry her.

Shiv shows his funnier side while revealing the details to his granny and internally, he feels sad about his situation.

Shiv's mother and grandmother discuss about the unfortunate situation of Shakti's marriage with Shiv.

Shiv thinks to himself how Shakti promised to him not to marry him and to live like a good friend.

Shiv feels like talking to Shakti and just then he watches the news of Radha and Mohan being kidnapped in an airplane hijacked by terrorists.

Shiv says that he would go to help them.

On the other hand, Mandira gets questioned by Shakti about why she wants to make Shakti get married to Shiv when she hates her so much.

Mandira again lies by covering up the situation that she has forgotten all the generational differences.

Mandira says she has already put Shagun's bangles on Rimjhim's hands and now the other set of bangles will be put on Shakti's hands.
