In the 5th January 2024 episode of Kumkum Bhagya, RV's grandfather discusses with his daughter-in-law how he should have got her married to his elder son.
RV, his friend, and others ask Grandpa who is the elder son as RV's father is his only son.
Grandpa jokes and tells it is in his mind. All family members laugh.
Poorvi gets questioned by her neighbors about whether her marriage will ever happen in life.
Khushi taunts those neighbors and tells them to not interfere in Poorvi's matters.
Khushi also tells how the society is biased when it comes to women.
Poorvi supports Khushi and tells her neighbors that they should not have rudely spoken to Khushi.
Poorvi drops Khushi and on the way gets to know that riots are happening.
Back at home, Poorvi's grandpa worries after seeing the news and also informs Poorvi to be careful.
The rickshaw driver stops the auto mid-way and runs leaving the auto seeing the riots.
Poorvi gets attacked by some goons and RV comes to her rescue.
When a goon asks Poorvi who is RV, she replies that RV is her Bhagya who always comes to help her out.
RV and Poorvi keep running here and there and then hide themselves in a car.
The goons keep searching for RV and Poorvi.
