In the 4th January 2024 episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Savi and Ishaan get into a romantic moment in the award function.
Looking at them, some women make fun of them and ask Savi's family members if they have found a suitable groom for Savi as they both look very cute.
Savi and Ishaan tell to them that they are not together and neither are they a couple.
Samruddh and his goons keep walking inside the venue in the form of a photographer, waiter, etc. and try to find the right opportunity when they can attack Savi and family.
Isha and Shantanu meet Savi and her family members in the award function. Savi feels very happy to meet Isha and tells how she didn't expect them to come as they were going for a program in London.
Isha tells that she and Shantanu decided to leave to London after the function by taking a flight from Nagpur to Delhi and then another flight to London from there.
Isha then meets Ishaan and tells him how he understands Ishaan's anger towards her but hope he now realizes the truth that she didn't deliberately leave Ishaan during his childhood for following her career aspirations.
Ishaan tells now he knows the truth and also understands that she might have not involved in the act put up by Savi but nothing changes for him now and his feelings for Isha remains the same.
He also tells how Savi is sick-minded and gets random ideas and he won't involve Isha in Savi's matter.
Ishaan gets a call from Reeva and he tells her how he is stuck in Ramtek due to Savi's grandfather's health situation.
Just then Savi's grandmother tells Savi to bring Ishaan and ask him to sit in the hall.
Savi overhears the conversations of Ishaan and Reeva wherein Ishaan tells Reeva how he doesn't even want to look at Savi's face after all that she did but she is forced to stay at Ramtek due to her family members.
Savi feels hurt and similarly, Surekha when gets to know from Reeva that Ishaan is with Savi, she asks Reeva to call back Ishaan immediately as Savi is not a good girl and she will trap Ishaan.
However, Reeva says that she need not bother much about Savi and probably Savi's grandfather genuinely was ill and met Ishaan on the streets.
But Surekha keeps warning Reeva to not allow Savi to enter in Ishaan's life. Reeva assures Surekha that she will never let that happen.
Savi tells Ishaan to leave immediately as she has got to know how much he dislikes her.
Ishaan is about to leave after an argument with Savi and a curtain alongwith lighting falls on both of them.
Ishaan and Savi get out of the mess and Samruddh scolds his goon who is in the form of a waiter as his gun falls down. Samruddh helps the goon get the gun.
Ishaan is about to leave but Savi's grandfather tells him to accompany him as he wants him to meet some important people who are eagerly waiting to meet him.
