1) Transparency is the key:
If your business partner has started behaving oddly due to the manifold increase in company revenue of late, then seek his immediate attention. You need to be as transparent in business dealings, and volatile market conditions and also make him realize how far you both have come to reach the present success.
2) Express your resistance:
If your partner opposes your interference when his ego and fake pride hits high, ask him to stick to his roots no matter what. You can express your anger or irritation with his changing behavior because you don't want to work with a toxic partner. You need to be very clear and also honest about your feelings and decisions on how you won't mind changing the route if your business partner continues with his weird egotistical behavior with other staff members.
3) Draw boundaries:
If your business partner doesn't heed your repeated requests to slow down or reduce his drastic business decisions and toxic behavior, then you have all the right to draw boundaries.
