I have been invited by World Culture and Environment Protection Commission
(WCAEPC)
to receive
- the Best Author Award,
- the WCAEPC Membership Certificate, and
- the WCAEPC Nobel Peace Award.
Writing all this still feels humbling.
The 8th Award Ceremony is being presented by the World Culture and Environment Protection Commission, in association with the Care Village Foundation and the Sahitya Seva Awards Council.
Knowing that this recognition comes from organizations working for
- social service,
- literature,
- culture, and
- environmental care
makes it deeply meaningful to me.
WCAEPC is a non-profit organisation that works toward peace, cultural harmony, and environmental protection.
It brings together people from different parts of the world who believe that real change begins with sincere effort and ethical living.
The WCAEPC Nobel Peace Award honours those who stay committed to values like non-violence, unity, and service to society.
Being recognised as a Best Author feels like a divine gift.
Writing as Ram SwaRajya has always been a quiet space for reflection and learning.
It has been my way of sharing thoughts that matter.
If my words have reached even a few hearts, I am grateful.
Receiving the WCAEPC Membership Certificate is also special.
It reminds me that being part of a community means staying involved and contributing with sincerity.
The award ceremony will take place on
- 1 February 2026,
- from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM,
- at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.
I look forward to being there to be among people who believe in peace, responsibility, and care for the world we share.
I accept this honour with humility.
With gratitude,
Parvathy Ananthanarayanan Mangala
