How Maharashtra Became the Foundation for My Work in Ayodhya

Every big journey begins with a strong foundation.

Today, as I work from Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) to build the Ram SwaRajya Library — a project to write 1,000 short story books based on Indian wisdom — I feel deeply grateful to Maharashtra, the place that shaped my life for 35 years.

My ancestral roots are in Palakkad, a beautiful district located near the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border in South India.

But it is Maharashtra that taught me, trained me, prepared me, and made me ready for the work I am doing today.

Every success I am receiving now has its base in Maharashtra.

Growing Up and Studying in Dombivli

I was born in February 1990 and lived in Dombivli until July 2025.

My entire education — from childhood to post-graduation — happened in Maharashtra.

I studied at institutions created by Keraleeya Samajam Dombivli, which gave me a complete and strong education:

  • Model English School (Class 1 to 10 from 1994 to 2005)

  • Model College (Class 11 & 12, BMS, M.Com from 2005–2012)

Later, I also completed:

  • PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune

  • Freelance writing experience through work with 22 companies in Mumbai

These studies shaped my thinking and professionalism.

They taught me communication, management, writing skills, leadership, and confidence.

Everything I use today in my writing career came from the education and experience I gained in Maharashtra.

15 Years of Writing Experience – All Built in Mumbai

In May 2025, I completed 15 years of writing experience.

This experience did not come from one place.

It came from working with 22 different companies in Mumbai as a freelance writer.

Each company taught me something new — discipline, deadlines, clarity, research, editing, and understanding people.

Mumbai is a city that teaches you how to work hard and improve every day.

The fast pace of the city trained me to write better, think faster, and communicate clearly.

Without this experience, I would never have been able to write books with confidence.

Today, when people appreciate my writing, I know the real credit goes to the years of practice I received in Mumbai.

The Turning Point: Arriving in Ayodhya

On 31 July 2025, I went from Mumbai to Ayodhya for a short visit to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir and Shri Hanuman Garhi.

But Ayodhya felt different. The sacred city felt peaceful, powerful, and full of meaning.

I felt a strong inner message to stay.

I cancelled my return ticket and decided to begin a new chapter of my life in Ayodhya.

This decision changed everything.

Starting the Ram SwaRajya Library

From Ayodhya, I started the Ram SwaRajya Library, under my MSME venture Preethi Umashankar Iyer Creations (registered in Maharashtra in 2021).

My aim is to write 1,000 short story books — each book like a stone in a new Ram Setu of consciousness.

These stories connect ancient Indian values with modern life in simple language.

In the first 6 months in Ayodhya, I wrote 40 books, and today 28 of my books are published on Amazon.

Many readers from across India have sent appreciation and blessings.

Ayodhya gives me spiritual energy, and every book I write here feels like a message for a Conscious Bharat.

Why Maharashtra Deserves Special Thanks

Even though I now work in Ayodhya, the truth is clear:

  • The writer was born in Maharashtra.
  • The discipline was shaped in Maharashtra.
  • The attitude and confidence were built in Maharashtra.
  • The experience of 22 Mumbai companies trained my pen.
  • And the education from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (Pune), University of Mumbai and Symbiosis (Pune) strengthened my mind.

Ayodhya -The Land of Rama gave me purpose.
But Maharashtra gave me the ability to fulfill that purpose.

That is why I proudly say that Maharashtra should feel happy and proud that one of its people is working for the spiritual, cultural, and moral awakening of Bharat.

A Message of Gratitude

As I continue my work in Ayodhya, I always remember that my journey started in the classrooms, streets, and workplaces of Maharashtra.

The values, culture, and work ethic I learned in the state that I was born continue to guide me every day.

Whatever I achieve through the Ram SwaRajya Library is not mine alone — it is a tribute to Maharashtra and its people, who built the foundation of my life.
